These are the rubber all-season floor mats from Audi. They have the A4 logo on the front mats and attach to the existing floor snaps. The front mats are exactly the same size and shape as the original carpeted mats. Perfect fit and ample coverage. The rear mats, however, have terrible coverage. Unlike the carpeted rear mats which are square, the rubber mats are tapered at the top, so a lot of the floor is exposed. I wound up leaving the carpeted mats in the rear and laying the rubber ones over top.
